Alternative Views:	The optional On/Off Foot Switch enables convenient hands-free operation of Accu-Finish II. Insert Holders grip insert by top and bottom edge. Ideal for working on sides, noses and edges of carbide inserts. Measures 3/8"W x 1/2"H x 4"L. Can be used with both Accu-Finish I and Accu-Finish II. Two holders available: one for 1/8 to 3/16" inserts and one for 3/16" to 1/4" inserts. Diamond Wheels for Accu-Finish II: All Diamond Wheels are electroplated metal bond. Both Diamond and Ceramic Wheels are suitable for carbides, high-speed steels and other difficult-to-sharpen materials. All are 6" diameter with 1/2" arbor hole. Ceramic Lap must be used with Diamond Spray (sold separately). Description Application 260 Wheel Coarse, 260 grit. Use for roughing. 360 Wheel Alligator wheel designed for faster roughing. Random grooves yield better cutting action. 360 grit. 600 Wheel General purpose. Provides balance between metal removal & good surface finish. 600 grit. Ceramic Lap Use with Diamond Spray (below) for final high-shine finish. Diamond Spray Use with Ceramic Wheel (above) for final high-shine polishing. Contains 1 carat finely ground synthethic diamond.
