The re-designed Quatro SPU Standard Stand-Up Polisher features a powerful suction unit with the addition of a tabletop containing two Quatro fully-enclosed ClearView Hoods that trap precious metal dust/compound and one 1/2 HP double-spindle, two-speed polishing motor (tapered spindles included). Energy-efficient, LED lights in hoods use up to 75% less power than incandescent lights and keep your work area much cooler. Installed 2X Magnifiers on each hood enhance visibility making it easier to see the work being performed. Integrated capture nozzles in the back of the Clearview Hoods allow for a more precise intake of any precious metal dust, compound, or debris, which is then deposited directly into the filter bags.

Quatro SPU Standard utilizes a 2-stage filtration system to capture all your precious metal dust, not just a portion of it recovering more metal for refining. The first stage consists of (3) sealable filter bags (854-2189) thus allowing the efficient capture of precious metal dust and debris. Most particulate is gathered at this stage with the balance being filtered through the second stage HEPA rated filter (854-2079). This 2 stage filtering system is 99.97% efficient and requires no additional venting from the workplace. The SPU Standard will handle all the dust and particles that competitive models cannot filter thus leaving a clean environment. Accessory drawer also available (854-1496) for convenient storage of your buffs and polishing compounds. Counter height is 35" (889mm) but can be increased by 2" (50.8mm) with the addition of the optional casters (854-1473).
