The Foredom® RT101 compact direct-drive rotary tumbler is ideal for burnishing gold, silver and other metals. Built with efficiency, the RT101 rotary tumbler was designed with programmable controls which make repeatable processes easy to select. Best of all, the control panel is above the tumbler making it less likely to be damaged by water.

Set the timer, choose the direction of rotation, and select from 20 levels of speed control ranging from 5 to 100rpm. Work cycle duration is 180 minutes long. Your work in progress is visible through the clear, leak-proof, hexagonal barrel (3.625" diameter at widest, 6" between rollers, 3.25" diameter opening).

Direct drive means that there are never any belts to replace, thus smooth operation over continuous hours. Steel or stainless steel shot tumbling media is required to operate the tumbler, along with a non-foaming soap/solution. See related products for media and soap/solution. Made in Taiwan.
