Wheel buff and inside ring buff are mounted on wood mandrel drilled for tapered spindle. Outside and inside of rings and curved surfaces can be polished without changing buff. Knife edge is especially good for settings. 100% wool felt.

Wheel diameter is 2", felt length is 3" and accommodates ring sizes 5 to 8.
